Delete your DetectiveX account

You can permanently delete your account and active personal data in the app, or request deletion from the email address linked to your account.

01Delete in the app

  1. Open DetectiveX and sign in.
  2. Open Settings, then Detective profile.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

02Cannot access the app?

Email us from the address linked to your DetectiveX account. To protect you, we may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

03What is deleted or retained

We delete the active profile, progress, private Case Files, delivery address and personal reward-claim record. Photo-verification evidence and routine technical logs are normally deleted within 30 days. Purchase replay-protection and records required for accounting, fraud prevention or law may be retained in pseudonymous form for the applicable legal period.
